1. Introduction

PIOSolver Report Filter (the "Add-on"), is a Google Workspace™ add-on designed to format and filter your PioSolver reports automatically in Google Sheets™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Add-on. By using this Add-on, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Add-on.

3. Eligibility

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Add-on solely for its intended purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Add-on without permission.
  • Use the Add-on in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Use the Add-on to process unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

  • Data Collected: The Add-on may access limited Google Sheets data for functional purposes.
  • Purpose of Processing: The data is only used for providing the service.

  • Revoking Permissions: You may revoke access to the Add-on at any time via Google Account Permissions.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that you have the necessary permissions to process any data through the Add-on.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
  • Using the Add-on in compliance with Google's policies and applicable laws.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, security breaches, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Add-on.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the fees paid for the Add-on (if applicable).

8. Modifications & Termination

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Google Workspace Marketplace or our website.
  • If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the Add-on.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
  • If you are an EU consumer, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
